OOTD | Helix and Felix Collab

Myself and Beckie went and had a little spot of lunch for her birthday, the weather was on and off, we actually got caught in the rain right after taking these pictures so we were lucky to catch the only little burst of sun that day.

Iv been very lucky to team up with Helix and Felix, There a great little company that have a unique collection of beautiful 925 sterling silver, healing crystal & gemstone jewellery. They have some hippy style pendants, bracelets and rings, Bags and intricate gypsy style accessories.
I chose the Blue Agate Quartz pendant set in gold and on a gold chain, I don't really go for jewellery like this very often, im more of a costume jewellery type person so it lovely to have something like this in my collection. It is so stunning and the quality is just amazing!

In decided to style it with this burnt orange dress from primark, It sets off the blue quartz perfectly, With the weather being so unpredictable that day I decided to go with black leggings and at this point a slightly wind swept bohemian hairstyle with two braids around the front and pinned around the back.

Ayla, unintentionally, matched my outfit that day so I thought id get a little snap of her in here too, she's too cute not too!!

Don't forget to go check out Helix and Felix.

Sophisticated boho chic.

Sophisticated boho chic.

I'm really loving the boho style at the minute, iv done the floral floaty look but I also love the sophisticated version too.
This Bardot crop top looks great with these tripped palazzo high waisted trousers.
Iv paired it with a floppy hat, strappy sandle, vintage looking bag and gold jewellery.
To turn this outfit from day to night, swap the bag for a clutch and the sandles with a pair of stilettos and your good to go.
This outfit would be perfect for a day out having lunch and shopping with your friends.

Get the look.

OOTD | Duster Jacket & Graffiti.

Today I went into town and met the beautiful #HullBloggers Beckie and Jenny, We went for food and then took a walk to find a spot to do some OOTD pics.
We found this really edgy stair way in old town with a graffiti mural all about the city of culture 2017 on the wall, it was such a great location!
Iv been feeling a bit mumsie recently so it was nice to get a little more dressed up, iv had this primark duster jacket for a while & iv only worn it once, to Hull Fashion week, so i thought id base my outfit around it. The shoes, which iv also had for a really long time were a perfect combo with the jacket. I kept it simple with a black shirt & light denim jeans. I added a big statement necklace & stacked my bracelets.
I've been loving the half up top knot recently, its a great style for when you've not got a lot of time but want to do something different.
I've been going for a bronze smoky eye recently and today was no exception, I think it suits my complexion and blue/green eyes.

What im wearing:
Duster jacket- Primark.
Top- Matalan.
Jeans- Matalan.
Shoes- Truffle from TKMaxx.
Necklace- Primark.
silver and turquoise bangle- Napal.

Hull Fashion Week | Finale 2015

I was lucky enough to be asked back to blog at Hull Fashion weeks finale catwalk.
Last year I had so much fun and met some amazing bloggers, this year was no different!
Like last year we had our own bloggers hub were us #HullBloggers hug out and enjoyed the day.

Myself and charley from ramblingofabeautyblogger wore the same outfit but we rocked it. I met the lovely Beckie from beckieione.blogspot.co.uk

All around the event there were independent store holders selling there wares, Heres @sprinklytwinkly
on twitter who glitter up bottles and glasses for special occasions.

The compares for the day were the fabulous Lewis-Duncan Weedon - @ldweedon Who in-between each show went into detail on the looks and how we can achieve them at home.
The gorgeous weather presenter Keeley Donovan  - @KeeleyDonovan and rapping extraordinaire Nineties Boy @NinetiesBoy

There were several catwalks through out the day and lots of looks, I've selected a few of my faves for you.
There was festival wear, Reclaimed items, Sports wear & prom dresses.
(Sorry for the quality of some of the pictures, I was using my iPhone)

Mama et Bebe Messenger: First Impressions.

When I started buying things for baby and myself I knew straight away were I was buying my changing bag from. Pink Lining is a company that has gone from being a small business starting in a basement to a must have brand, stocked in Harrods and featured in Vogue now selling rapidly worldwide.
They have an array of beautiful changing bags and accessories, There known for there French themes and colourful patterns.

After looking at all there designs i decided to go for the mama et bebe messenger bag with the hydrangea pattern. I just love this bag, the outside of the bag has two canvas pockets with the mama et bebe slogan and a sown on pram embellishment. The bag comes with an adjustable shoulder strap That is long enough to fit over the pram handle bars.

The inside has the trade mark shocking 'Pink Lining' 2x insulated bottle holders, 2x nappy pockets, pen holder, key fob, mirror, phone pocket, small zip pocket, padded changing mat and wet zip bag with the famous 'Yummy Mummy' writing and cupcake on.

Its very spacious and reminds me of Mary poppin's bag, which Is fabulous, I didn't want a big hefty bag to cart around with me.
All in all I love this bag and would recommend anyone to go have a look at all the other styles they do, I can guarantee you'll fall in love like I did.

This bag retails at £79.00.

My A/W Fashion Must Haves.

A/W Pregnancy Fashion.

Ill Be pregnant during Autumn & Winter so im going to want to be comfy and cosy.

I live in jeans any way so they'll be a staple piece in my wardrobe, Iv bought a pair of maternity ones from H&M for only £14.99 & there soooo comfy.

I think ill just stick to plain maternity tops with over size cardigans and jumpers its simple and It'll keep me warm.

Big warm knitted scarves will add  texture to any outfit, I really love snoods because there easy to slip on and you don't have yards of material to wrap around yourself.

Ill probably get cankles so comfy shoes are a must and I just love my UGG's so ill probibly live in them, I may even need to buy a new pair ;)

I hope this also gave you some inspiration for A/W, even if your not pregnant this outfit would look fabulous.
